1992 – 1995 Junior research fellow, Research project on transcultural psychology ("Handlungswirksamkeit zentraler Kulturstandards in der Interaktion zwischen Deutschen und Chinesen"), directed by Prof. Dr. Alexander Thomas, University of Regensburg (financed by the Volkswagen Foundation)
1994-present More than 150 courses and seminars (from one day up to five days) concerning politics, economics, and culture in China and Asia in general, with a special focus on social interaction with people from that area and conflict management. Companies: Volkswagen, Opel, Siemens, Reemtsma, Bosch, Rexroth, Bayern, etc.; special China consultant for Bosch Company.
